Jobbris provides an AI-powered resume optimization service that analyzes your resume against job descriptions and provides suggestions for improvement. The Service includes resume analysis, keyword optimization, rewrite suggestions, and match scoring. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding the password used to access the Service
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Free Trial and Subscriptions

We offer a free trial that includes 1 job analysis. After using your free trial, you may subscribe to continue using the Service. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fees at the chosen billing interval
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Provide accurate billing information

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will result in job interviews or employment. The suggestions provided are AI-generated recommendations and should be reviewed by you before use. We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jobbris, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
